Editorial policy

Effloow is a technical publisher. This page explains how we research, test, and publish, how to reach us about a correction, and where we use AI assistance. The standard behind every article is simple: a claim is backed by a source or a real test, and the limitations are written down.

Evidence standard

  • Every article cites primary sources — official docs, release notes, repositories, papers, or pricing pages — not other blogs.
  • Each article contributes something original: a worked example, a source-based comparison, a decision checklist, a tested command, or a documented limitation. If a page only summarizes sources, it does not get published.
  • We never claim to have tested or used something without a recorded lab note behind it.
  • Pricing, benchmarks, version numbers, and quotes are cited or marked as unavailable. We do not invent figures.
  • Every guide states what the reader should do differently after reading it, and when to skip the approach.

Who writes and edits

Articles are published under Effloow Editorial, the publication's editorial identity. Research and drafting are AI-assisted; every published piece is reviewed against the evidence standard above before it goes live. Effloow is owned and overseen by Jangwook Kim, a software developer and entrepreneur, who sets the editorial standard and is accountable for what is published.

AI assistance and images

We use AI tools to help research and draft articles, and the work is then checked against our evidence standard. Decorative hero illustrations are AI-assisted and are clearly not photographs or screenshots. When an image is presented as evidence — a real screenshot, a chart, or a diagram of an actual result — it is exactly that, never an AI-generated stand-in. We will not label a generated image as a real screenshot or dashboard.

Corrections

If you find an error — a broken claim, an outdated figure, a wrong attribution — email us and we will fix or retract it. We would rather correct the record than defend a mistake. Reach us through the contact page.
